The Siemens SITRANS FM MAG 1100 is an electromagnetic flow sensor designed in a wafer shape with a diameter ranging from DN 2 to DN 100 (1/12" to 4"). It is specifically developed for volume flow measurement of conductive liquids and can be used in various industries including water & wastewater, pharmaceutical, and chemical industry.

The flow sensor comes in DN40, 1 1/2 Inch size and is available without a process connection PFA, making it suitable for applications where ATEX certification is not required. It is also compatible with Hastelloy C material, but only if equipped with a PFA liner.

The SITRANS FM MAG 1100 is designed to be used with a remote transmitter, which needs to be ordered separately. It does not support bus communication, but it is equipped with metric cable glands for easy installation. The flow sensor can be mounted on a polyamid terminal box or a MAG 6000i integral mount for added convenience.
