Featuring a flanged construction, the flowmeter ensures a secure and leak-proof connection. Additionally, the flowmeter is equipped with a corrosion-resistant coating of category C4.

The SITRANS FM MAG 8000 is calibrated to deliver accurate measurements with a maximum deviation of 0.4% of the rate and a +/- 2mm/s tolerance. It conforms to the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) standards for safety and reliability.

This flowmeter is designed for use in Europe and comes with a display that is based on cubic meters (m3) and operates on a 50 Hz filter. The basic version of the flowmeter is compact in size, with the transmitter integrated on the sensor. It also features a built-in 3G/UMTS module and an internal 2 D-cell battery pack for convenient operation. The battery pack can be easily installed or disconnected inside the meter.
